Working with Therapists on their personal journey has become a niche for my practice which I greatly enjoy.
I intimately understand the inner critic that lives inside us and the vicarious and secondary trauma that we are prone to. Being a therapist comes with great responsibility and, at times, unsurmountable demands. Coping with that heaviness while also being a partner, spouse, parent, sibling, friend — and managing our own personal issues — can be overwhelming.
I am a seasoned clinician with broad experience in government, schools, hospitals, and community mental health. I understand how the demands and culture of each of these systems affect not only our professional philosophy, but our personal philosophies, too.
I can help unravel complex situations and emotions that overwhelm us in the work place and at home.
